In a twilit land beyond the edge of the farthest sea lies Adaznya, a medieval empire ruled by an iron-fisted council of self-focused aristocratic lords whose only goal as a governing body is to squeeze every drop possible out of their people and squander their wealth on whatever takes their fancy.
