She's been dancing there for most of her career, in Baby Ballet at first, then J-Troupe, then B-Troupe, and now, her dream is to get to A-Troupe, TNS's competition team. Her sister, Grace has the same dreams, and joined TNS a few months ago to try and make it happen. Things are changing on A-Troupe since they won Regionals. Quite a few of its members have taken a leave, meaning new alternates are needed for the coming season, and all Charlotte wants is one of those three open spots. However, she's not the only one. There are several members of B-Troupe who want one of the three alternate spots, and Heathcliff just so happened to be one. Heathcliff and her weren't friends, but they weren't enemies, either.
