Bookworm, goody-two-shoes, innocent, rich Maka Albarn is currently attending Magnolia High. This sweet girl has never experienced the dangers of living in the real world. She's never had to do anything besides get good grades and obey the rules. Until she meets a boy with crimson red eyes by the name of Soul Evans. He's thrown the rule book out the window. He doesn't get good grades. He's not a goody-two-shoes. Though he may be a bad boy he isn't afraid to show his soft side. Basically the complete opposite of Maka, but what happens when she begins falling for him and him for her? What will happen when Maka finds out Soul's real purpose for attending a preppy school for the rich? And to put the cherry on top of this dangerous, mysterious sundae while these two realize and try to deal with their feelings a dark evil force is working behind the scenes to bring an end to anything good in this magical world full of amazing things.
