Jonathan Eisenhower is a 25 year old man. He and his high school sweet heart, Nevaeh Smith-Eisenhower have been married since they graduated. That would be six years ago.
Jon is an honest, hardworking guy trying to make it by.
Nevaeh is a 24 year old woman. She loves Jon with all her heart, soul and mind. She too is honest ,but not as hard working as Jon.
They suddenly fall on hard times when Jon gets laid off, Nevaeh comes up pregnant and can't work, and their house catches on fire.
And if they aren't already miserable enough, all their money is gone, Jon's dad suddenly dies of heart failure, his mom is arrested for a crime she didn't commit and his 7 year old brother Matthew has to stay with them. Or social services.
