Do not let the Watchmen catch you.
Do not let the Chancellor find your notebook.
Do not let the man in the long coat know you're alive.

These are the rules Kilter has survived alone in the streets of the quarantined city of Istravol by for years. And he's tired of it. All he wants is to understand the cryptic marks inside the notebook he's had for as long as he can remember, and so get out. Because if the Chancellor who is scared of nothing but the Reavers outside the city wants that notebook, it must be worth something. At least, that's what old Dmal, Kilter's only friend, says. And he's right.

When both Dmal and the Chancellor stumble upon the first thing from his notebook that Kilter's ever seen in real life - a gleaming feather - the legends and secrets of Istravol's history come rushing into the present. It's not sickness that keeps Istravol, and Kilter, locked under the Chancellor's control, but a blood feud. A blood feud spurred by the legacy of the notebook and Kilter himself, and the force that could either destroy or restore it all: hope.

But will hope be enough to mend the past and save the future and a world Kilter never knew he belonged in? Armed with only the feather and notebook, he has only one chance to find out: catch it before anyone else does.

In a sleepy seaside town, Dew lives a simple, grounded life. Strong-willed, confident, and quietly protective, he spends his nights sketching the stars he's always been strangely drawn to. One night, the sky splits open with a brilliant flash. A star falls - not far, not distant - but right behind Dew's home. When he rushes toward the glowing crater, he finds a fragile, breathtaking boy curled inside, trembling like a fading flame. His name is Tee. Tee is not human. He is a celestial star who shattered the cosmic boundary and crashed to earth, losing most of his light. Stars aren't meant to survive in the human world - their bodies weaken, their memories flicker, their hearts become dangerously vulnerable. Dew brings the injured Tee home, caring for him with both curiosity and a confusing tenderness. Tee, soft-spoken and innocent, learns human emotions for the first time - warmth, jealousy, comfort... and love. He clings to Dew not just for safety, but because Dew's presence makes his fading star-heart glow again. But the longer Tee stays on Earth, the dimmer his light becomes. The Heavens demand he return, or vanish forever. Dew, who has never believed in fate, now has to fight against it. Tee, who was born only to shine alone, discovers he wants to stay by Dew's side - even if it burns him out completely. Will Dew find a way to keep Tee alive in his world? Or will Tee's light disappear before he can confess his love? A tender, romantic, slightly magical BL story of fate, devotion, and a star who falls for the one man he shouldn't.

The Memory Auction by xxxxxxxxxyzsam
19 parts Complete
In a dystopian bazaar that exists outside time, people trade memories like currency. You can sell your happiest moment to buy a skill, or auction off your heartbreak to erase someone else's. But the more memories you lose, the more your identity fractures-and some traders aren't even human anymore. Chaotic Structure: Each chapter is written from a different memory's point of view. Time jumps erratically-sometimes forward, sometimes backward, sometimes sideways. Characters forget who they are mid-scene and start behaving like someone else. The narrative is interrupted by "memory glitches"-pages with corrupted text, missing words, or surreal imagery. The climax is a bidding war where the protagonist tries to buy back their childhood, but someone else already owns it. Main Character: A girl named Kira, who wakes up with no memories and a receipt for something she doesn't remember buying. She's determined to find out what she sold-and why it was worth everything And Aarav, Role: The Memory Broker Backstory: Aarav was once a neuroscientist who tried to cure his sister's amnesia by experimenting with memory transference. When the experiments went wrong, he lost his own memories and became a broker in the Bazaar-trading fragments of identity for survival. He now wears a mask made of old receipts and speaks in half-remembered proverbs. Personality: Mysterious, philosophical, and emotionally guarded Speaks in riddles and metaphors, but occasionally breaks into raw vulnerability Has a soft spot for Kira, though he pretends it's just business Conflict: He holds the key to Kira's lost childhood-but selling it might erase his last connection to his sister. Their destinies are tangled in a web of forgotten truths, and only one of them can reclaim what was lost without losing themselves.

Through thick and thin the Law shall prevail. A new sense of purpose awaits us, children of light, in the land where it all began. The darkness in which we once cowered in fear, now curbed by the might of our endless light. Come, brothers, come, sisters. Let there be peace among the wicked, just as the Law dictates. Peace and certainty is all that you have ever longed for, little angel. A bright, stable future. A roof without holes above thy head. Acknowledgement and recognition of thy existence, feverish dreams of grandeur. Greed born from yearning, treacherous vines of rapacity taint your innocent soul. You seek a future that does not exist. Let thy fingers hold the fragile line between dream and nightmare. Let thy light navigate the path. Shall thee give in and falter, O' land of old, envelop his body in thy unending flame of chaos. Spit out nothing but an empty husk, the remnants of a smile once so bright. Shall thee prevail, O', Great Kazdel, I ask of you, the impossible - take mercy on the innocent. Don't let the radiance dim and don't let the mind turn bleak. Wake, young traveler. Bid thy farewells and burn thy bridges. It's time to say goodbye, curly head. Cross post from AO3. For a shorter and more on-point description, look no further! I had something silly written up before throwing it out in exchange for that wall of text upstairs. It's a little story "about a young, dumb sankta who's been dealt a bad hand at life, looking for his place in all this mess. The pointless search for a better future leads him far, far away from home, to a country forever ravaged by war and misery - Kazdel, the promised land where devils roam free and peace feels out of place." Anyway, it's quite lengthy, but hopefully enjoyable? Slide a comment if you want, I'll give you a tiny kiss on the forehead. Man, do I love comments. (Lastly, to point out, English is not my native language, but I don't think it'll be much of an issue ;3)
