Simon Petrikov's Legacy (sequel to Finding Simon Petrikov)

It has been exactly fifteen years since the birth of baby Finn. He is alive and well, living happily with his new adoptive brother, Jake the dog. But it is my unfortunate duty to tell you that for Marceline's family, things aren't going so well. The war is still raging and people are dying every day at massive rates. Now it's dangerous for them to just go outside for their basic necessities without being shot at. And to make things worse, Simon has grown ill again. With the magical crown preserving his life now gone, his true age seems to be catching up with him. Marceline knows his time is growing short and there is little anyone can do this time. Now there's really only one thing left they can do. Bring in Finn the human early to meet his true family before it's too late for Simon, and finally leave the ruins for good.
