She lost her mother at a young age, but she was old enough to remember. Now 18, Sam Evernear lives an honest life working as hard as she can to buy food and pay the bills. One day at the cafe she works in a boy visits. Little did she know that a romance would blossom.

(It is a really rough start, lots of errors, and not very good, but the story I like. I hope to go farther with this. Most likely will rewrite this part with more detail. If you have some feedback, good or bad, I could use it.)
