Lady Natalie Cain is the daughter of a good friend of Lady Queen Victoria. Strange things have been happening to the Cain family and the fear the their heir would be next Lord and Lady Cain ask Queen Victoria for help. There's one person Queen Victoria can think to rely on with a task like this, the young Earl Ciel Phantomhive. Upon her arrival everyone at the Phantomhive manor are curious about the young girl. She's beautiful, polite, but she also looks sickly. Sebastian Michaelis seems to be the only one who knows how to take care of her, and there's a reason for that. There's a past history that neither of them seem to remember, but the more time the spend together, the more they seem to remember.
