The story revolves around Nero, a 17 year old high school who lives in a city where mind powers/ psychic abilities is common part of living.


He lived his life believing he's nothing special. But his life changed when he met the rebolutionary group, Psyche and was forced to join by his brother whom he thought was mentally ill.


He then discovers his abilities and the painful truth about the war who killed  4436 poor and innocent lives, including his father's and his brother's.
