Thomas is devastated when he finds out Newt is taken to Crank Palace. Newt... His best friend... He needs to get him out of there and he needs to find a cure now more than ever. An old friend of Brenda's, Nigel, is the one who can help them. He tells them there already is a cure. It's weak, not good enough yet to cure all the cranks, but it's there. And he'll bring them to it. But finding the cure, means Thomas will find something he didn't know he lost. Everything will change after Nigel brought them to the cure. Will the cure be enough for Newt? And is there a chance they will destroy WICKED?
