- How it all would end if some things happened differently. And if James Dashner added some characters, lol -
Thomas is devastated when he finds out Newt is taken to Crank Palace. Newt... His best friend... He needs to get him out of there and he needs to find a cure now more than ever. An old friend of Brenda's, Nigel, is the one who can help them. He tells them there already is a cure. It's weak, not good enough yet to cure all the cranks, but it's there. And he'll bring them to it. But finding the cure, means Thomas will find something he didn't know he lost. Everything will change after Nigel brought them to the cure. Will the cure be enough for Newt? And is there a chance they will destroy WICKED?
~ This story will be a sequal of the books AND the movies. It's combined. ~
~ There will be quotes from The Death Cure, so if you didn't read that book, you might get confused ~

The Blond Haired Boy with a Limp (NEWT X READER)
Everything was dark... probably because my eyes were closed. All around me I heard the rattle of chains, wait am I moving? I slowly open my eyes and look around. I see kids just like me chained to chairs. What happened? Why am I here? My head throbs as I try to remember. Y/n wakes up on the WICKED train that Thomas, Newt, and other allies take back to their base. Some key elements are the same as death cure, but some are changed 😉 Enjoy the story :) NEWT X READER •Completed•Abgeschlossen

What if?
What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...) I do not own theses characters, they are from The Maze Runner franchise. I'm French so sorry if there are some mistakes. Hope you will read and enjoy this fanfiction! /!\Newtmas/!\Abgeschlossen
