Everyone knows the story: 
On October 31, 1981 James and Lilly Potter were murdered by the Dark wizard Lord Voldemort. They were betrayed by none other than their "friend" Peter Pettigrew. 

Well what if Voldemort never existed? What if James and Lily died at the hands of Peter who, after many years of comparing himself to James, acted in rage and jealousy? What if Sirius and Lupin took Harry in instead of the Dursleys?
