Parallel Universes.
Those things are full of fun and intriguing ideas aren't they. But lets be honest here, they really aren't as far-fetched as you'd think.
Oh?
You didn't think that they existed, did you. Well, they do. And the mind can be transported from one to another.
But it's not the easiest thing, and it's never actually happened even though the possibility of it happening are exciting to think of. But certain boxes have to be ticked. Even then, the odds of you surviving? They're pitifully low, it makes winning the euromillions look like something you can do any day, and any time you wanted.
But you never heard that. I never told you anything.
So keep this hush hush please.

The name's Evret by the way, maybe you've heard of me, maybe you haven't. But I can tell you now that I won't exist by the end of this book.

Good.

Though one mind-leap did happen, and that person was just your average teenage girl hopeful at the start of her A-levels year that she'll succeed and get somewhere in life. And of course, like many others she was a fan of Marvel.
Her name: Abbey Willows.
Her dad was a prick, manipulated by his brother who wanted nothing more than to screw up the family. Every time the brother came over with his spoilt son, something expensive would get damaged. And it would always be Abbey's - or her mothers - fault.
And this had caused Abbey to become a recluse, and outcast to the real world. Yes, she had friends, but nothing seemed real, things whizzed past and she only felt real in her time of peace where she could imagine a better life.
Sleep, and staring out of that bus window were those times. Other than that? She hated it.
But there were good times, I can't lie to you about that.

So when a parallel-leap occurs, nobody can comprehend the events to follow.

Especially since the whole memory package came intact.
