There are certain things that can't be hurried - compost and love. Compost develops with age and then nourishes the earth. The most googled question in the world is "what is love?". The confusion is often due to a romantic fantasy.
Love is a mixture of different things. It is often depicted in films and media as being that dramatic, intense feeling between lovers. Thus the confusion when the intensity of this feeling wanes. People feel that they have fallen out of love. But often they haven't, they have just not added to the compost heap.
"Love means never having to say you're sorry". No! Love means people saying sorry over and over and over again. This is just one of the foodstuffs that the compost of love needs. Providing for, caring for, worrying about your partner or friend is a sign of your love. Cooking a meal, ironing a shirt, these are the day to day necessities which build and maintain love.
The compost of love is heaped with little acts of love.
