My Best Friend's a Pineapple

"Hey there! Anthony Jacobs here! I'm just your typical teen, fresh outta high school and ready for college! I've had a pretty normal life. Plenty of friends, average grades, and tons of time spent on the computer. But that normal life was flipped upside down rather recently. You see, I wanted to go to college with at least one friend, but all my real life friends had already chosen a college, and most of my internet friends were either older, or younger than me, and couldn't really plan anything out with me. That is, with one exception. My best friend, a girl named Ella, had just graduated too, and didn't want to go to college alone either. I thought this was perfect! Not only would I be going to the college with a friend, but I'd finally be able to meet my best friend, face to face! We quickly discussed what school to go to, and made the arrangements on who'd go where, and where we would meet. I was stoked! Yet nothing could of truly prepared me for the surprise that laid in store. The shock that would come to me as I arrived upon the scene, at the place I was supposed to pick her up. My best friend is actually a Pineapple!"

Anthony Jacobs was your typical gaming teen. Not as much outside interaction as he'd like to think, and most time spent on the computer. His life had been rather dull, that is, until he met his best friend Ella. A talking, and somehow walking, Pineapple. Now Anthony must learn to live with his Pineapple companion as they get involved in all kinds of shenanigans.

This is my first attempt at a comedy story, and in reality the premise is weird and stupid, as it came from a conversation I had with one of my friends. Still, I decided to roll with it, just to see how it would go. Experimentation for the win! Hope you guys enjoy!
