Elizabeth, or Lizzie is a very shy girl. It does not help that she has just moved and already misses her old friends. It's hard for her to make friends at the new school. She's basically very sad and feels she has no purpose. But when Lizzie finds a new land, that she could not even dream of, she finds that she can be as strong as she wants, and finds happiness and power. :)
