After Requiem Master Chief was without an AI, but that doesn't mean that ONI couldn't use him. He's been assigned to Infinity to help train the other Spartans in preparation for their next venture into deep space, to a mysterious phenomena dubbed the "wormhole nexus". Not to mention a mysterious group of UNSC personnel rescued after being adrift in space for two months. What is the secret behind the wormhole nexus and the rescued UNSC personnel? What other massive forerunner weapon will the humans discover this time?
Notes: This is headcannon of sorts after the events of Halo 4 main campaign and Season 1 of Spartan Ops. Character may have repeated names with some other stories but that doesn't mean they're the same person, if they are or somehow related then I will be sure to let you know.

By the year 2015 humans have developed practical means of interstellar travel, but as they expand further out into the Milky Way, they disturb a previously unknown race of alien beings. Very shortly after the USAs United National Space Command [UNSC] discovers their exsitence, the aliens, known as Ecarians, send several scouting parties out to find the humans planet. One of the scouting parties lands outside of Des Plaines, Illinois which has a heavy population of supernaturals. One of them, a Sergeant from the local SWAT team by the name of Zuton Cruton, befriends one of the aliens, Zorra. She convinces the leader of their squad, Will, who is also the Deputy of the aliens, to ask to call off the attack. He aggrees, but his request is harshly denied and he and several other aliens defect to the humans side just in time for the invasion by the Ecarian Space Navy [ESN] of Earth... Quick description of the Ecarians: They have claw-like hands, pupil-less eyes of any color, and hair that can be any color and/or color combination.Complete

I was inspired by Fireslash97's Halo X Male odst reader. so I thought might make my own. This story takes places during Reach all the way up to Halo 4. cause we don't speak about Halo 5.

Cheza's sole purpose in life is to be groomed as a main candidate to replace Master Chief. She, along with several other children, have been hidden and trained away from the public eye. When they got there they discovered a Halo Ring in front of them, one of the Forerunner installations left behind millions of years ago. Captain William wakes up Y/n-453 to enter the ring and find the transmission. But what Y/n and the rest will not know is this will be a beginning of adventure for the life time as they not just face the Covenant but other threats that will threatened the Universe.
