This is a story about a fourteen year old girl, Grace Adams. Grace is forced to face the terrifying and scary consequences as she turns into a teen. Things get worse around home as Grace faces a different quality than regular teenagers. After Grace's fourteenth birthday, her mother (single parent, since dad passed away when she was younger) starts to notice a lack of enthusiasm to food, family, friends and things Grace used to once love. Grace feels as if there's another side of her that's getting powerful day by day, convincing her that she's not worth living a life. Then along comes a sweet boy, just an age above Grace. She feels spark at even the first sight. Grace waits and waits for this other side of her to struck, but what she didn't know was that within the time she was wasting, the other side of her was slowly, but viciously snatching all the joy and happiness from her life. Will she be too late to change what her thoughts wanted, or was she right before the end of the line to change into the person she truly felt she was?
