7 year old Lee and his brother Michael are young wolfs. They are with their mother when a bear comes out of nowhere and smashes into their mother and bites her neck. They have to get back to the tribe and tell their father what has happened to their mother so that the wolfs can go to war against the Bears. This is a story of hardships, battles, and loyalty.
