Ira Zamora has an interesting past. She's lived in several countries, and she's always had everything she's needed. But she's never fit in. She gave up on having friends when she was eight, and she's gotten used to that. Still, when she tries out for the new reality TV show, Teen Talent America, her life changes. She meets Niall Horan, the only person who can break down her barriers and really make her feel again. He makes promises that he thinks he can keep, but when strange and magical things start to happen, neither of them know how they will survive it.
