Aiden Lucas is a cynical and pessimistic child. He wasn’t always like that, but now, he is. His parents fight whenever in contact; Like any kid with recently separated parents. But what his parents are fighting about is WHO broke him. Aiden Lucas doesn’t have his feet firmly on the ground anymore. The ones he stands with aren’t even his own. Along with being the weird kid who writes the disturbing essays in the writing club, Aiden aloofs himself from any and all beings which led him to stop speaking at all. After what he thought was the most excruciating time of his life, and after coming off the doctor’s watch list, he wants to relax and succumb to his pessimism, but the bystanders around him, new and old, aren’t going to let him and will try to construct Aiden back up to his former self any way possible.
