Isadora Blackwood is a shy, reserved librarian. She’s passionate about history and preservation and happens to be the keeper of the histories for the witches of Savannah, a job she takes very seriously. Spells, stories, and memoirs lie in her care and she’s devoted her life to the work. On Halloween, Isadora arrives at the library to find that the history of her own family, the notorious Blackwoods, including an ancient and dangerous spell, have been stolen.
To complicate matters, Graham Hart, a visiting professor arrives in town and Isadora finds herself enamored of him.
