I love The Hunger Games and I admire Suzanne Collins.
This story is about a Capitol Citizen, a teenage girl who is sick and tired of the Games, dressing up like an idiot and living there. Just like her best friend, Jamie.
It takes place during the 74th Annual Hunger Games.

This takes place right after The Hunger Games trilogy. This is a story about the hunger games: Capitol edition. Fifteen year old Frinchessa Morganna and her six month old sister, Halsie, have lived their lives full of luxury, but after the war, all of that changed. Now orphans, Frinchessa and Halsie are forced into something they could never imagine. Another Hunger Games. The only difference? This Games was with the Capitol's children.
