This is a mature, standalone girlxgirl story. Caitlyn never expected her best friend's little sister to kiss her on New Year's Eve four years ago. To her, Hazel was always Jace's awkward little sister nicknamed, "sprout," that tagged along in car rides, wore baggy clothing, and would be afraid of being the slightest bit tardy to class.
