Taylor Woods is the prince of Woodworks, the largest country on the planet of Uthia. The king and his father, Ray Woods, is the most well-known king in the world. Everyone loves him and respects him, along with the queen and his wife, Quinn Woods. Taylor and his sister, Princess Valarie Woods, are forced to attend the ceremonies with their parents. Taylor is seventeen, and Valarie is sixteen. Their younger siblings, Oxford Woods who is fifteen, and Maxwell Woods who is fourteen, are too young to attend the ceremonies.

Raven Lowe is a servant who's been passed from castle to castle. Somehow, he finds himself in the castle of Woodworks, along with his blind sixteen-year-old younger brother Jared Lowe, and his ferret, Miloh.
