Luna is a 17 year old girl, who has had a rough childhood. Finally her mother decides to settle down in New Jersey after moving around a lot. when she starts a new school she meets a boy who she dreamed about meeting. When they are paired up to do a school project Luna finally opens up about her history to her project partner.

A few days later, the principle announces that there is going to be a masquerade and of course Luna gets asked to go. Though, on the night of the ball everything starts out fine but when a body gets discovered, all hell breaks loose and its only a matter of time before Luna's back story gets uncovered.
