Treacherous [One Direction AU]

You may think you know everything about One Direction.

Their blood types, where they live, what hospital they were born in, what schools they went to. But one thing they managed to keep a secret was that their ancestors were actually the first people who were able to grasp and control the five elements that make up our world: fire, water, earth, air, and spirit.

It was easy to deal with at first. Just a few slightly out-of-the-ordinary actions maybe once or twice a day, nothing really.

But, their powers are growing stronger, and it's getting harder and harder to keep it from the world and their practically-FBI-fanbase of Directioners.

Their need to exercise their powers became stronger - even when they really didn't want to or couldn't - and harder to control. And worst of all, their number one enemy is ready to take them down, and steal their powers for his own, to take over the world. One Direction will have to become more than just a boyband with special qualities. They'll have to save the world, and not everything will go smoothly.

The road to happy endings is always a bit treacherous.
