A brilliant man once said that the world lacks kindness. Indeed it does.
Kindness not only towards others but towards ourselves. Be kind to the people around you, be kind to their soul and your emotions and be kind to your mind and their memories. But most of all, be kind to your heart and their feelings.
Don't fake it until you make it. Be real, be yourself, be kind.
This was the advice I took on my journey towards being okay with being okay and to being okay with having a coffee for one.
