{AU} Harry wanted to leave, he just couldn't stay anymore. His childhood was filed with empty beer bottles and black and blue bruises, and the only way to start the healing was to escape the place that brought up these memories in the first place - his home. Louis needed to go back, he needed to find is way. His childhood was filled with emptiness, a lonely void of trying to just survive. The only way to fill up the empty void in his life was a family, so he needed to go back to where he could find them - his home. However, the growing need for something comforting manages to drive the two together, and side by side, Harry and Louis try to find a home within themselves.

AU where Louis moves to a new house and slowly falls for the curly-haired boy he sees from the mirror in his room that seems to connect their two dimensions. Until he sees Harry crying and goes to the other side of the glass. --- Louis saw some movement from the corner of his eye. There was a mirror hanging from the wall there, next to the wardrobe, and reflecting a galaxy poster that was hanging from the opposite wall. It looked like the previous people who had lived there had left in a hurry. He would have to take the photograph down and hang something instead. Maybe a David Beckham poster? Another movement startled him, and he forgot instantly about his decorative issues. Because the movement had come from the mirror, and he had been looking at the opposite wall, at the galaxy photograph. Whatever had moved in the mirror, it had not been a reflection. There was a boy there. He was lying in the bed, apparently putting some pillows and cushions in order. Then, the boy leant in the bed and opened a book. He got his hand in his dark, curly hair and took it out of his bright, green eyes so he could read better.
