Alexa Stark, daughter of Tony Stark. She's an official wizard, in more ways than one after a year at Hogwarts and some teaching from Strange. She survived her O.W.L.s and is ready to return to Hogwarts for another school year, but when an old tradition is brought back at Hogwarts, will she be able to rise to the challenge? **************** Alexa Stark has officially survived her first year at Hogwarts. She learned five years worth of material in just nine months (with the help of Kahoot, Jeopardy, and Quizlet Live), and she introduced the wizards to a little bit of the muggle world. She made new friends, and dealt with her first solo superhero crisis. She even managed to keep everybody from dying! Now she's going back for her sixth year, but if she thinks she's seen everything the Wizarding world has in store for her, she's wrong. Sixth year brings all kinds of new challenges, and she'll have to rely on her friends--and of course, the training she got from her paranoid family members--to see her through. After everything she went through last year, this should be a piece of cake, right? **************** "You've got a Howler!" "A what?" "A howler! It's a letter that yells at you, and it gets worse the longer you ignore it!" "Who the hell would send me a howler?" "I don't know, but you better open it!" "Alright, here goes..." "ALEXA! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU CAN SEND YELLING LETTERS? THIS IS AMAZING! ANYWAY, YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW DUMB THE CAPSICLE LOOKED THIS MORNING IN TRAINING..." **************** Cover by @Mrmilo15 The first book in this series is An American at Hogwarts, and you really need to read that first for this book to make sense. Like the last book, this will mostly follow the Harry Potter timeline, but it won't really follow the Marvel timeline at all. I don't own any of the Harry Potter or Marvel characters or storylines, and I update every three days.
The 136th Hunger Games by High_Queen2
23 parts Ongoing
When Kira Blackwood's name is reaped, she knows she's screwed. How is she supposed to survive in a fight to death with twenty-three other tributes, all of whom want to get out alive as much as she does? Not to mention, the thought of killing somebody twists her stomach into all sorts of unnatural shapes. Despite secretly training for the Games in the cow pastures surrounding her home, and being pretty handy with a knife, Kira's kind heart may be the thing that holds her back the most. However, as she navigates through the opulent world of the Capitol, and then the arena itself, Kira starts to realize that maybe, just maybe, it's not the dead she should pity, but the Victor. After all, no one ever really wins the Hunger Games. Survives, sure. But wins? Never. ~~+~~ Please Note: This is set in a world where the 2nd Rebellion failed. All usurpers were executed (except those pesky star-crossed lovers, who knows where they ran off to), District 13 was destroyed for good (but District 12 was rebuilt, on the basis that the Capitol realized that it actually really needed coal), and the Hunger Games were reinstated. Disclaimer: I don't own any of the rights to the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, or to the Lionsgate adaptation of her books. (Obviously.) All characters of my creation are copyrighted. ~~+~~ Thank you so much for reading this, it really means so much to me!!! :) I hope you enjoy, and love it as much as I do! (Also sorry for the length, I sort have this thing for details... and long, run-on sentences... and long, run-on sentences stuffed with details...) Please note: I don't have a ton of free time, so as much as I love writing this, updating it will probably be super irregular. It's basically completed, the only reason that it's still marked as "ongoing" is bc I still want to write a few more scenes after the Games like the interviews and stuff, maybe of the Victory Tour, but I'm just not super motivated rn, lol.

What would you do if you had just 24 hours left to live? Julie had a Checklist. A checklist for all the things she wanted to do before she finally passed away and she had just one day to check everything on that list. Not too hard if you asked me, unless Jason Tyler was in the equation and she had to spend the rest of the day with him instead. *** "Good, first question, what's with the check list and countdown? Are you going somewhere?" "You opened the book!!?" I exclaimed anger surging through every part of me. Is he that unmannered not to know that you are not suppose to read other people's private stuff. "No? I just happen to notice when you opened it." "That's bullshit!!" At this I tried to grab the book from his hand as fast as I could. I was really close, my hand touched it but before I could pull it, he dodged causing me to slip over and land right into the fountain. The water was really cold and I could feel it through my jeans and jacket because they were now soaking wet. And so was the white T- shirt I was wearing. I think I've found my bad luck charm, it's white shirts. I was dumb folded for a while as I looked down at myself and noticed how much my wet clothes were sticking to my skin and how clear my pink bra was through the wet shirt. I can't believe my luck today. What sin did I ever commit to the universe? "Holy shit" I heard Jason utter and that's when I remembered his presence and the reason why I was in this situation now.
