Hailey was four when she met her best friend Mia in kindergarten. Mia had always been more popular than her and even though they were best friends, people just liked Mia more. She was always deemed the prettier half. Maybe because she had long black hair and the most gorgeous blue eyes you could think of. Maybe because she was the perfect height and was overall beautiful. Meanwhile Hailey was just Hailey. The 'other friend'. But with her second last year of high school beginning, Hailey needed to re invent herself before she was deemed the 'other friend' for life.
