  While humans in this world are just like humans in our world--friendly, but also judgmental and cruel--this world also has people who are shunned. They're not just shunned for being odd, weak, or different looking. Not like how people are shunned in our world.
  
  No. People in this world shun those who are different on a whole other level in not personality, not looks, but biologically. Those in this world who are shunned because they can do things no one else can.
  
  They are closest to God, or some say the Devil, with powers and abilities that are beyond comprehension for the 'normal' human.
  
  While being seen close to beings that are high in power, humans of this world fear them because they cannot understand their powers. I guess our worlds are similar in this sense.
  
  Demons... Cødes... Call them whatever, it makes no difference. They are outsiders in this society.
  
  Humans fear what they do not understand.

"No, no, no, no! Frick." I desperately tried to grab the remains of the crystal, causing one to cut my hand. "Ow! Shit." I whispered, looking at my bleeding hand. "Tch, tch, tch, poor child." A demonic voice said. I looked up and saw that the black smog had two red eyes and a wide, sick smile that was dripping with venom. "I- who are you?" I asked, backing up. "The one who can help you out of here." It said, stretching out a hand. I looked it up and down and before I could answer, its hand plunged into my heart, causing me to scream out in pain.
