Her small pale posture walked with confidence down the dark alley way of the city. Her beige heels clicking with every step she took down the shattered path, her emerald eyes glistening under the light of the moon. She stopped. Observing her surroundings she fixed the loose strands of her strawberry blonde hair behind her ear. Hearing the faint beep of her phone, she rummaged through her large purse and flicked it out. 'Rose where are you?' The text read. Rose typed back in annoyance, she was already there, though she stopped short, her senses coming back to her. Her long delicate fingers hurriedly placed her phone back into her blood red tainted purse. Rose turned around, in search of any sign of danger in the now deadly silent alley. Her breath cut short, ears perking up at the soft whispers around her. “No” Her voice hushed quietly, angry tears swarming down her flushed cheeks. The whispers grew louder and louder, she couldn't understand their frightening commands. She let go. Death was imminent. Pulling her strained pale hands to her small ears, she whimpered. Letting go of the thread she desperately fought to hold, she opened the door. The wild side of her taking over. Rose let out a powerful vigorous scream. Looking around frantically, tears still drowning her swollen eyes. Thunder roared in the distance before Rose took off in a sprint towards the home of her best friend. “They're coming”

The woman standing before Kyren stole every ounce of cognition from him. She was stunning, the moon paled in comparison. The top of her head would not even graze his chin. Her height did not stop her from being imposing. A dark blue vest clung to her chest reveling taught skin over lean muscle. The black leather pants hung low on her hips, exposing soft flesh. Her gaze roamed the crowd, surveying the stupidity around her. After a moment she finally turned attention in his direction. When her gaze met his, it stopped heart. The dark blue pools shone in the dim light, dark as the night sky. She blew a strand of silver out of her face. Kyren's wolf surged to the surface, and they growled. They itched to touch her skin, bury our face in her hair, to feel its softness and inhale its sweet scent. They wanted to stare into her night eyes. She needed to be theirs. ---- Eris's eyes found Kyren quickly. He pushed through crowd, pulling his jacket off and threw it to the stocky blonde at his side. She spoke in low frantic words. He ignored her and climbed in the ring. Shade tugged his shirt over his head and Eris's heart skipped. This man was built like a bear. Kyren's physique was reminiscent of strong man instead of a body builder. His pectorals were covered in a fine swath of dark hair that trailed down his belly disappearing into his jeans. Jeans that hugged his thighs tightly, thighs like a rugby player. Kyren looked towards her quickly, a smirk filling his face, sharp canines peaking beneath his lips. He wasn't human, but she wanted him regardless.
