Suicide. Depression. Anxiety. These are all serious, heavy topics that a lot of people are scared to discuss, but I'm not. I want to be here for anyone that has ever dealt with these issues and this book is my way of doing just that. I will share stories from my own life as well stories from anonymous friends, and if you have something you'd like to share I would be honored to discuss it either in my book or with you.
