Skylar is a surfer from Key West. She's spent practically her whole life in the water and under the sun. Her dream is to go pro with her passion but settles for the small surf in Florida. Luke on the other hand, lives in California and wants nothing to do with the ocean and stays as far away as possible. His fear of the water haunts him. But when Skylar comes into the picture, Luke finds himself liking the ocean more each day. Until his worst nightmare comes to life.
