Elmira Hojosen has been stuck on the island run by the Marine Captain Morgan ever since her parents left her at the age of four. The reason being because she was a Neko; with cat ears, a tail and claws, though she keeps those filed down. Her parents had spread a rumor that if she left the island, she would cause a catastrophic event and destroy the world. 

She gets arrested for hitting Morgan's son and meets Luffy. She decides then and there she was going to follow him on his adventures to prove she is not a disgrace.

What adventures await her? Are her parents right?
