She nods her head even though she wouldn't but she decides to leave him with some comfort.  When he sees that she agrees, Min Woo's eyes literally light up in hope.  "Thank you," he whispers.  "Before I leave, I will give you a present.  But in return you must give me something else."  Aria cocks her head in confusion.  "I will give you the sun so that whenever look up at it you must think of me, and you must give me the moon so that I can think of you."  She knew what he was asking.  It is his way of asking her permission for him to be able think of her whenever he could.  And with that, she is touched by his words.  What girl wouldn't?  In her time, his words would have been considered cheesy but then again what girls didn't like cheesy stuff, especially when uttered from a man's mouth.
