Kuroko Tetsuya who happened to get a power that able to know everyone's feeling, frustrated, angry, sad, depressed, love, happy, joy, gross and much more. He was in elementary, he couldn't control his power and he happened to know everyone's feeling without his permission. He finally transferred to middle school, Teiko. He finally can control his power well.
