after hearing a news about a new forbidden scrolle that was handed too the seventh hokage,
Uzumaki Boruto sneak in the hokages office and took the said scrolle.
after hearing the story about his father who did the same thing when he was about his age he got inspired and wanted too prove that he can do it and surpass his father.

Angered, hurt, and betrayed, he decided to learn under Orochimaru, learning about his ancestry. He finally had enough of all the lies and took matters to his own hands.
