Everyone in their lifetime has had a moment where they think about death. Some wish it would devour them. Some would strive for immortality. Some would succeed in doing so. But, for someone who has lived their lives to the fullest, they would be ready to face death at the end. Is this what Isabel thought when she came face to face with death itself?

Isabel Alexander is not your average teenage girl. She's not even your exceptional teen. She's just different, and she always knew it. Through her constant battles since kindergarten to fit in as a normal girl, she finally realised that she couldn't fit in even if she wanted to. Unless, she figures out how to control her powers.

Compelled to do so, she runs away every time she's faced by the devil himself. She doesn't hesitate when it comes to changing towns and cities every time her life's on the line. Changing schools as often as a teenager can change their mood; after all, it is the life she's known for quite a while.
But, is this the life she wanted?
As any other goal oriented teen, her goal is to kill the demon who has been haunting her since she has taken her first breath. By and far, this demon is Alexi, an immortal creature threatening her very existence.

Deep down, she knows she wants to be free of it all. She doesn't want to run away every time she's out in the open, for danger to feast on her soul. What makes her stay this time? With everything that has been unfolded throughout her life, will this town change her life for good, Or will she conveniently run away from this one too?
