Prologue
Hey I'm Jamie Lynn, but people call me Jae. I'm a model. I won a few pageants here and there. I'm employed by Victoria secret. I have a judge secret no one knows. I was born deaf. I can't hear a thing. Everyone at my job knows, but not my fans. I have a hearing aid. I just don't wear it all the time. I speak normal, years of speech classes can do wonders. I wish I wasn't deaf though. I met that one boy, flawless skin and hair. I fell for him. The problem is he's in Mindless Behavior. I doubt he ever paid me any mind. I have my girls Nyja KayKay and Nae by my side. Did I mention I'm a triplet? The other to aren't deaf only me and my dad.

The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!?
