He was my mate, my other half. I was happy at first but like all good things, it must come to an end. Seeing it with my own eyes wasn't the worst part of it though. The worst part was the fact that he had the courage to tell me that he loved me when in reality, he didn't. Running away from him seemed like a good idea and it seems that fate thought that too. Meeting another wolf, an Alpha at that too, who had lost his mate a few years ago and he just so happened to like me. I found a new pack, a new family but like I mentioned before, all good things must come to an end. With my mate wanting me back but my feelings for the other Alpha progressing, I'm confused and lost. This is one problem that I can't solve.

This book was written a while back ago when I was younger and did not understand proper English grammar. It is not the best written book out there but I hope that does not discourage you from reading the book. Although it is not the best, it does have a somewhat decent, yet a little cliche, storyline.

Ginny's parents died saving her from a rogue attack, her brother along with the rest of the pack blame her for killing them. If she wouldn't have gone on a run that day, if she wouldn't have needed help, they'd still be here. She becomes hated and ridiculed by her pack she soon turns to drinking and self harm to cope with her pain. She can't wait to find her mate so he can save her from this hell hole. But what if he can't, what if he's the new Alpha and doesn't want to make the pack turn against him by accepting her. He wants things to cool off before he accepts her so he sleeps a rounds only breaking Ginny's heart more. When he finally gets up the courage to accept her, it's too late, she's gone...

A tall man has sat in an ally way for hours waiting for the perfect victim to work their way by. When a young stout girl walks by seemingly perfect. He takes his chance and grabs her, but much to his dismay looks can be deceiving. As it turns out this man is actually a vampire and the girl he thought was the perfect victim was actually anemic. Sadly for him he just found out the hard way that anemic blood doesn't taste very good. Shortly after attempting to drink the young girls blood he starts to fret over her health wanting to control her diet and wanting to put her on medicine to get the iron levels in her blood system up. Sadly for him she will have none of it. She can take care of herself she doesn't some random man who just tried to eat her to do that for her. None the less he won't take no as an answer.

This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included.
