Peregrin Took, One of the clumsiest, most inquisitive and adorable hobbits in the whole of the shire. You do know who he is right? The hobbit who loves mushrooms? Second Breakfast? The one who joined the fellowship to destroy the one ring? The hobbit who joined the tower guard and Minas Tirith and saved Faramir's life? Yeeaaaah that hobbit. Cute, I know! This is the story of his other adventure, quite a few years before the ring became known to Frodo. It involves quite a few dragons, Merry, Sam and Frodo, and another young hobbit. Mallyra Flintwater of Michel-Delving on the White downs. A clumsy girl as you'd see her. 3ft 4" in height with long wavy brown hair and bright blue eyes. After literally 'running' into Pippin, Mallyra finds herself making a new friend rather quickly. She and Pippin decide to explore. However, Mallyra's curiosity gets the better of her on her first small adventure, and she accidentally awakens an evil which has slept for over 1000 years. But this isn't the reason she decides to go through with the almost suicidal mission of destroying the evil. As well as putting the whole of middle earth in danger, her mother is also losing her life as a result of it. This makes Mallyra determined to sort out the mess she's made, and becomes another who is destined to save Middle Earth. But things seem to become a little complicated when Mallyra ends up falling for our young hero. It all goes a bit, "she likes him, he likes her, everybody knows, except them." kind of thing. Can Mallyra, Pippin, Merry, Sam and Frodo, along with a few new friends, find the only hope middle earth has, and use it to destroy the evil rising in the Iron hills?

If you've read 'The problems with Thursday', then this is like a starter sort of thing. It's the story of how Pippin and Ra came to be, as mentioned in my other fan fiction.
If you haven't read the other one, I advise you to read this one first! :D it'll make more sense that way. Anyway.. have fun!

This story is using characters and places from both the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings universes. If you know either 1 or neither of these stories this will probably not make any sense to you though you might still enjoy it. Further more please bare in mind my spelling punctuation and grammar is not the best so please excuse it. Finally if you enjoy it please let me know so I know to make more. For these stories I am not including 19 years later or by extention the curse child. I also tweaked some of the lord of the rings universe to suite the story. I don't have the time to list all of them but you should probably know the significant ones: Frodo was now 13 at the beginning of the events of the lord of the rings rather than 50 and he went to the undying lands when he was 14. Hobbits can now be of magical blood. Half-Blood, Pure-Blood, Muggle-Born and Squib. Sam, Merry, Pippin and Rosie are now all the same age as Frodo. Middle Earth is east of America and South West of UK. All people's of Middle Earth of magic born are sent to Hogwarts as geograficaly it is closest. Hobbits are slightly taller than they were before as otherwise it would be a little odd. And some other things I changed from Harry Potter are: Their is a wizarding university now. Harry and Frodo's parents were friends as they also went to hogwarts. Voldemort and Bellatrix were never a thing so no Delphini. Godric Gryffindor and Rowena Ravenclaw were a thing when they were alive. (significant later in the story) I also invented new characters for this story. I really hope you enjoy and I didn't bore you with this I just thought you ought to know.

"You talk too much elf-boy," Arya muttered, her voice hoarse from all the screaming she had done due to the pain of her injuries. Legolas scrunched up his nose in disdain of the nickname, but a smile soon found his way onto his face. "I am not a boy." Her eyes opened then, and her familiar hazel eyes met his striking blue ones. A small smile made itself present on her face as she looked at him, a twinkle of mischief evident in her eyes. "No. You are not." ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ Arya woke up some years ago with a grey-haired wizard leaning over her. She had no memories, no indications that told her who or what she was. With the outer appearances of an elf, but eyes that flash orange and strange symbols that appear on her skin - no one seems able to tell her anything about her past. She joined the quest of Thorin's dwarven company to have something to do, and she quickly became a part of their group. After a long and arduous journey but still a far away from the mountain they stumble into trouble. And whom is there to save her, but a certain Mirkwood prince with long blond hair and a pair of startling blue eyes. With one of them bursting with light, and the other filled with darkness their story will be anything but easy. Feelings, however, are hard to suppress, and with a war brewing on the horizon they might not have a lot of time. Read on if: You would like to figure out what Arya is. You would like to see one of Tolkiens beloved characters discover love. You love dwarves, elves, hobbits and wizards You love Middle-Earth You just want to read it for the heck of it You do not have anything better to do ...Just please do it? Please and thank you.

After returning to the Shire from their long and life-changing journey, the four famous Hobbits must learn to live again, as they did once before. But it is a difficult thing, to go back to an old life, and the four hobbits soon realize that no matter how hard they try, they will never be the same again. This is What Happened Thereafter. "How do you pick up the threads of an old life? How do you go on, when in your heart you begin to understand, there is no going back?" [IN EDITING 2024] ---- Review, by @passerbyarmy99: "What Happened Thereafter" by the incredibly talented and sweet @CrimsonSparks is a story completely, undeniably worth reading. While she keeps the feel that Tolkien gave us in the books as well as stays true to the ending that he originally wrote, she adds her own twist and voice with the addition of her four female hobbits: Daffodil, Ivy, Nettle, and Thorn. Each girl is so different from the next, complete with their own lovable quirks and characteristics that makes the reader adore them instantly for who they are as individuals as well as a whole. The unity that she presents between the characters is so unbreakable and true that I literally feel like I'm melting with adoration as I'm reading. The writing is fantastic and the story-line enjoyable. Every time I see that she's updated, I squeal and smile and read it immediately because I cannot wait to see what she has to give her readers next. I find myself sucked into it, and when it's over, I'm dying for more, more, more! It is a brilliant, adorable, enchanting story that I would recommend for any Tolkienite/Ringer. You won't be disappointed!

"The world was young, the mountains green, No stain yet on the Moon was seen, No words were laid on stream or stone When Durin woke and walked alone. He named the nameless hills and dells; He drank from yet untasted wells; He stooped and looked in Mirrormere, And saw a crown of stars appear." You could say Endor Baggins's life was the complete opposite of her uncle Bilbo's. Having grown up as the proper hobbit, with no "trouble in an adventurous spirit," she was highly praised by strangers and hobbits alike. That is, until her father and mother died in a tragic incident. The Shirefolk would forever blame shock for Endor's dramatic change, although she remembers the shift as the revelation of her true character. Indeed, whereas Bilbo transformed from adventurous to reserved, Endor moved from conservative to travel-frenzied. And her little brother of three years, Frodo, had no tether on her actions. After all, Bilbo was there to look after her sibling as she travelled the West for months at a time. With this change in spirit, it came as no surprise when she demanded to accompany her uncle in his visit to Erebor, thirty-three years after his departure from the Company. After all, it had been Bilbo whom she idolized: her courageous uncle who reclaimed a mountain from a dragon with a rogue band of dwarves. This was a simple visit to a distant land, yet the journey made a second hobbit into legend. And thus, her story begins when she took her first true step, from the Shire to the Lonely Mountain, hobbits to dwarves, past to future, and loneliness to love. DISCLAIMER: I don't own any of the characters in this story other than Endor Baggins, nor do I own the settings. These rights are reserved to J.R.R. Tolkien and Peter Jackson. I don't own the media I post, as they belong to their respective owners. I do not own the cover picture; it belongs to its respective owner(s). The story is about a survivor of an orc invasion, Déorhild, who comes to Eodoras to seek help from King Théoden. However, due to her strange story and backround, no one really trusts her except for Éowyn and Éomer. Also, no one is really close to her because of her forbidding personality which is a result of her childhood. But unknown to everyone else, (except those that have their suspicions) Déorhild is not who she seems. Trying to keep her true identity hidden from prying eyes, Déorhild is very secretive. Éowyn still holds herself somewhat distant, but Éomer seeks a closer relationship with Déorhild, who for awhile, turns him coldly down. When Déorhild finally realizes that she loves Éomer, it is too late, for Éomer has along with the Rohirrim been exiled from Eodoras. So Déorhild embarks on a mission, to not only revenge those of her village who died, but to find Éomer and tell him of her true feelings for him before it's too late and he's dead. Yet both Éomer and Déorhild are caught up in a event which is greater than any of them have imagined, a war in which lies the fate of all Middle Earth. "Now I lay me down to sleep I pray the lords my soul to keep See me safely through the night And wake me with the morning light" ...and though that morning light is but a ghost on the Eastern horizon, it is one onto which we cling. In this dark age of begotten Ringwraiths, rogue orcs, and Sauron's rise, it is a hope that we will live to see another day. But as direction goes, it is not so much a morning light, nor an Eastern one, but that of infinitesimal flames roving across the lands yet funneling in the Northeast. These are the flames of Phoenicians, cause of Sauron's original downfall and back for our final battle. This is a story of a return to light within the very heart of Gondor's son. The tragic death to counter Durin's, only withheld by a tear of heavenly descent. And though his ways are ones of great fault, he is yet to be the most deserving of all humanity...a true light in the darkness. Let us then begin the tale of dwarves and men.
