Her life was peaceful enough, or maybe that's just because she only really cared about music. Well, her insane friend has a place in her life, and her parents have always been pretty awesome. But we aren't talking about them (she lies), we're talking about what happened in class that day, and all the things that came from it. She was never prepared for this.

As a pretty sane person I knew that ugly incomprehensible things happened but somethings came at you so unexpectingly that you did not even know how to react. Fairytales often painted step parents as these evil beings that did such unimaginable acts which ended up affecting our everyday lives but it wasn't like that with my mother's boyfriend. At least that's what I thought until I found myself somewhere else with a father I knew nothing about, a band that wasn't really a band in my eyes and a past so heavy that going to sleep meant drowning in the horrors of a summer that was meant to be the best time of my life.Complete

Meet Harris Parker. He has nearly everything that a normal high school guy could want- a loving mother, a meddlesome sister, an awesome friend and a whole lot of other amazing things. He goes to the best school in town and is a good student. Sounds like some 100% happy-going guy, huh? But this is just a half of his life. The other half begins at school; greeted by nicknames and thrown paper balls and cones in the labs and classrooms........yes, he is being bullied everyday. He is always the bullies' all-time and full-time target since he and his friend are the only ones who don't obey their orders. "I put up with band because I love my grandma and she was always telling me to be a trumpet. She died about a year ago and I just want to honor her memory" I say looking down. "I'm so sorry Jace." Ms. Emma says, and I look up to see an emotion I hate. Empathy. I don't want her sympathy. So I changed the topic and answered the second question. "And I don't like the band because they all like her. The weirdo. She's always happy, always talking with everyone as if they are the most special person in the world, she's happy about playing more music than any of us needs to. She's so weird that it's like she's popular. She's not normal, not right. All I want to say is pair me up with anyone but her. I hate her, Ms. Emma." Older Brothers
Drama. Drama. Drama. That pretty much describes my life. I mean when your living with your 7 older brothers, 5 cousins, best friends, and a 3 month old baby, life can't get any better! And then there's school. Well school is school. Loaded with a the different 'groups' of kids. The geeks, popular, etc. And last but not least, my parents. We don't even know where they are most the time since they go on business trips after business trips. They come for for a week at the most and leave again. My family is not rich, but not poor. We have more than enough money to get the nice things we want, but we have to earn them. My life sounds pretty interesting huh?Complete
