She was on top of all things school-related, and now going into the summer of her senior year. But out of nowhere, it all was taken from her when her parents decided to move. Whilst in a new environment, she meets new people, but meets someone old as well. She found herself going to the same school as her childhood crush. Only this time, Mandy wanted to avoid him at all costs. But you know what they say: "You never forget your first love...." Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. Iβve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. βUrgh,β I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasnβt come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff. Strange occurrences followed them, but the six friends did not want to back down from figuring out what is true and what is not. After all their past is what shaped them to be how they are now. As the six friends continue their journey to finding truth, they are faced with some challenges. Some normal ones and some very bizarre ones. How can one day's event cause so much uproar? How can one day when the six friends remember having a detention change to them being missing as everyone in town tells them? Read to find out how the six friends-Ivory, Lauren, Zoey, Ethan, Reed and Cassandra- navigate through the strange things they find to the path of finding the truth. That's what she had thought until her best friend's brother came into the scene. He made her heart flutter unintentionally and she started seeing him in a new light who felt like a soft breeze of air that gave her comfort just like his name, πππ¦πππ« πππ₯π‘π¨ππ«π. He's what you call a chivalrous man, who knows how to treat others with love and care because he's showered with endless love by his doting parents. He's blessed with everything but never did he take anything for granted. All he aims for is to make his parents proud and marry his lady love with whom he's been in love with for don't know how many years unknown of the fact that she loves him too. Will she acknowledge her feelings for him or shoo them away ?? Will they bloom in love or part their ways while having each other in their hearts, calling it their kind of forever?
