"I ran as fast as my aching legs could bring me. My palms sweating, hair flowly rapidly behind me, I was focused on what's in front of me. My eyes were darted forward towards an old, abandoned Cabin. I could feel the wicked presence of my Step-Father close behind my tracks. I slammed the cabin door open, and quicky scanned the area for a place to hide, and that's where I saw a small like cabnet, I climed inside and tried to stop my hesitant breathing. Moments later, I heard my Step-Father bust into the door and whisper, as if he knew exactly where I was hiding. With a dark, cocky smirk, he whisper aloud "Come here Jess, no one's going to hurt you baby doll. Promise. Now be a girl, and stop fucking hiding." I was silent, so silent all you heard was the running, and rampaging of tiny mice in the cubbords. I had one thing on my mind: Caroline Huges.
