Family Portrait

Madeline is sixteen, and she's had to deal with her parents fighting her whole life. She's afraid one of them will leave, and has been since she was old enough to remember anything. Finally, her worst fears come true. Her father, her Papa, says he's leaving and wants to take her too! He leaves without her, because she wishes to stay with her brother. Yet, once he leaves, a couple of years later, she becomes an adult, she had been calling him every night, waiting so her mother can't hear her. She cries every night, and then when she finally turns eighteen, she decides to go see him, and he wants to see her too. What'll happen when her mother and brother find out?
