Xandra doesn't know who she is. Because of the alexandrite stone embeddded into her forehead (which had been there since she was an infant), she knows there is a special purpose in store for her, but she doesn't know what it is...yet. Forced to leave her home to protect her adopted family, she runs into a young warrior named Adren who also has a gem embedded into his forehead. Xandra later realizes that the strange symbols she and Adren were born with show that they are part of a greater league of Knights....to restore the kingdom.
