Autumn is a strong, strict, and instinctive alpha. Yet, she's a broken, doubtful, and untrusting girl. She's been alpha for three years and already knows the ins and outs of leading one of the strongest packs in Northern America. After rumours of a rogue wolf, she keeps watch on her territory and pack all night, and as the sun rises, she spots the rogue, strolling as free as anything, and it's not long before she discovers that he's her mate. When she realises the high courts will want to execute him, due to the fact that he's a rogue, she puts forth the idea of a trial, where he'll be kept in the pack for a month, if he poses no threat then he can continue staying in the pack, and become a fully accepted member. She decides to create her own little side project, to change this rogue into a respectable figure in the community, to prove to everyone that's doubted her that she is capable of being alpha of her pack,. Things seem to be going well with the rogue, Logan, even as she has to fight her feelings, but out of the blue, he warns her that she'll soon be head over heels for him, and that he will earn the love of his mate before the month comes to end. Autumn shrugs off the challenge, but she finds his predicament may be showing true. She's fighting the feelings all she can, but, what if she falls for him? Surely she'll be able to resist, right? After all, she's the alpha...
