Beautifully Imperfect

After the death of her mother, Skyler Johnson was never really the same. That bubbly, sweet girl she once was died in the car wreck that changed her life forever. The one that killed her mom, the one that pushed her so far over the edge, she wasn't sure she would ever get back on her feet again.

But she did.

Everything comes with a consequence though. In order for her to finally move on she needed a distraction. One that would make her forget about the pain buried deep inside her heart, one that would stop her from crying herself to sleep every night. And thats exactly what the Black Blood Gang did for her.

It was an adrenaline rush at first, she finally felt free. After awhile though she realized her mistake. Although they taught her to be strong and protect herself it came with a price. A price she will never be able to pay back; no matter how hard she tried, the blood would never come off her hands. Only when her family's safety was involved that she knew she needed to escape. They would never let her out though, she was in way to deep. She never thought she would make it out alive.

But she did.

If disappearing meant her family would be safe, then thats what she would do. After faking her death she moved from Chicago to California without a trace. The only one who knows she is still alive is her Uncle, which is staying with. Skyler soon begins to start her life over again. She joins a new school and meets Connor Taylor, the so called, "Bad Boy," Of the school. From the beginning, she knows he is bad news by the way he plays girls and acts like he owns the school, but she didn't know how much trouble he really was until she gets mixed into it herself. She promised herself she wouldn't fall for his act, that she wouldn't fall in love.

But she did.
