One of the scariest things in life is realizing that you have accomplished everything you thought you needed and wanted to make you happy, and finding those "things" did not work. I achieved a high level of success, lived a great life and woke up one day realizing I felt the same pain I was originally trying to appease. I had to reach a bottom before I realized that work had to be done from within, before I could walk through life comfortable in my own skin.
